How It Works

Pre-Treatment Guidelines
To ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of irritation:
Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including fake tan) for 2 weeks prior
Do not use retinoids, acids, or exfoliants 3–5 days before the session
Stop any photosensitising medication or treatments (consult your therapist)
Shave treatment area if applicable (face clients do not need to shave)
Inform your therapist of any recent skin treatments or changes in health
Post-Treatment Care
Avoid heat, saunas, strenuous exercise, and sun exposure for 5–7 days.
Do not pick or peel any flaking skin and scab; allow natural shedding.
Avoid actives (retinol, acids, Vitamin C) for 5–7 days, or until skin fully recovers.
Apply medi-range products and SPF 50+ daily as your therapist required.
